Menu 1 – 495:- SEK

Smoked roast of venison with white goat’s cheese and cloudberry and rosemary

Arctic char with fried forest mushrooms, roasted foor vegetables and lemon and herb sauce

Raspberries with chocolate bavaroise and forest berry couli

Wine suggestion (290 SEK p.p. or 250 SEK p.p. without dessert wine)

Viña Cerrada ( 1 glass) The Stumo Jump ( 2 glass) Moscato di Asti ( 1 glass)

Menu 2 – 565 SEK

Dill baked halibut with bleak foe and lemon and cauliflower crème

Herb fried fillet of venison with winter apples, potato terrine and cep sauce

Apple tarte with almond and cinnamon ice cream

Wine suggestion (325:- SEK p.p. or 275:- SEK p.p. without dessert wine)

Saint- Romain ( 1 glass) Château boucasse ( 2 glass) Tokaij 5 puttones (1 glass)

Menu 3 – 625 SEK

Gourmet platter from waters salt and fresh

Fillet of reindeer with sautéed root vegetables, fried Lapland potatoes and morel- and cream sauce

Cloudberry ice-cream parfait

Wine suggestion (350:- SEK p.p. or 300:- SEK p.p. without dessert wine)

Nils Oscar lager beer, our own aquavit (4 cl) Redwine of the house ( 2 glass) dessertwine of the house ( 5 cl) Cederlunds Original 1822 Arrach punsch or Grönstedts VO Cognac ( 4 cl)
