Conference premises

Auditorium – room 1
100 square metre for 82 persons seated in theatre style with sloping floor, height to the ceiling 2,6 m. Cinema/movie screen, whiteboard, LCD projector is installed in the ceiling. The room is also fitted with dvd, cd, video, cassette deck. Loap system is installed in the ceiling, microphones – hand, table and clip.

Conference – room 2
40 square metres, 24-30 persons in cinema seats, 20 persons in classroom seating, 14 persons by a U-shaped table, 16 persons by the double width table. White board, OH projector, flip charts, internet, note pads.

Conference – room 3
17 square metres, 8 persons by the double width table, same equipment as in room 2.

Conference – room 4
Board room for up to 10 persons by the oval double width table, red swivel armchair for your convenience. The room is equipped with LCD screen for connection to computer (pc), wireless internet, whiteboard, flip charts and note pads.

Conference – room 5
25 square metres, 10 persons by U-shaped table, 10 persons by the double width table, same equipment as in room 2.

Wine chamber
26 square metres, a room with great space and open surroundings, no technical equipment, 2,5 metres from floor to ceiling. Furnished with four sofas for up to 14 people and coffee table.. Light is centred over the oak table. Suitable for meeting less demand for technical equipment, the room is also used for wine tasting, private lunches parties etc.

Big foyer
111 square metres, an open space in between the conference rooms with a pelar centred in the middle of the room. No technical equipment, furnished with tables with no chairs. The height between floor and ceiling is 2,6 metres.

Suitable for conference snacks, mingle parties and is also good for exhibitions and similar activities.

Other information
Haga Forum is a mostly friendly environment for disabled persons as well. Access to elevator to the two different floors is available, there is no threshold, except in the Auditorium room which has levels differences. Haga Forum has wireless internet and brad band up link in all conference rooms. There is a plenty of parking opportunities right out side the building and its free parking for our conference guests. Parking ticket is available inside Haga Forum. Air coaches to Arlanda arrives and stops out side the entrance. Also bus 59 stop right out side the building.
